Before you submit your trip
Why is there a fee if North Tide Travel normally has no planning fees?
My standard booking services do not have a planning fee because North Tide Travel is paid by eligible hotels, cruise lines and vacation suppliers. An itinerary review is different: it is a standalone professional service for a trip you planned and booked yourself. The review fee covers the research, time and personalized recommendations involved.
Can you guarantee that I have the absolute lowest price?
No one can guarantee the absolute lowest travel price because rates and availability change constantly. I compare reasonably available alternatives as of the review date and explain potential savings, added value and important differences in what is included.
Can you change reservations I booked myself?
I cannot service, modify or cancel independently booked reservations. I can identify concerns and explain your options, but you will need to make changes through the company or provider you booked with.
Can you book the parts of my trip I haven’t finished?
In many cases, yes. If an eligible hotel, cruise, vacation package, guided tour, transfer or excursion still needs to be booked, ask about having North Tide Travel handle that portion for you.
Does the review include a completely rewritten itinerary?
The review provides professional notes and recommendations. Creating or rebuilding a full day-by-day itinerary is a separate service and may require an additional quote.
How quickly will I receive my review?
Turnaround time depends on the length and complexity of the trip. You will receive an estimated completion date before payment is collected.
